Saturdays / 9:30-10:25am

In this class, you'll work on defining muscles, strengthening, toning and sculpting your body. All of the movements are choreographed and cued to fun upbeat music. Clients can expect a higher intensity cardio and strength training workout utilizing a variety of equipment using weights, resistance bands, and yoga mats. Think resistance training with rhythm! This class covers it all!  No dance training is needed in order to take this class.
